The Telecommunications Manager is responsible for all aspects of telecommunications platforms and services. Responsibilities include: Identifying and taking appropriate actions necessary for restoring service availability, impact and potential consequences of configuration changes, patches, upgrades, and continual service improvement initiatives. Providing advanced technical support to end users Determining, documenting, and presenting service implementation options; determining technical solutions for meeting business objectives, and developing and/or participating in the execution of verification and validation plans. Developing and executing a messaging and collaboration roadmap to meet expanding business requirements Required Experience: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, computer information systems, or related field. At least 8 years proven experience with deploying and maintaining VOIP and network solutions Knowledge and experience in managing ShoreTel based technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment Knowledge and experience in designing and managing enterprise call center systems based on business requirements Knowledge and experience in WAN technologies and network infrastructure in a large-scale enterprise environment The ability to work under the pressure.
