disabled dad in desperate need of a beater car in New Haven, Connecticut For Sale

hello my name is jay I am absolutely desperate for any type of a car just any kind of transportation. I only have about $400 to my name so I clearly do not expect much and I am willing to take a chance on a fixer upper as long as the engine and the transmission are working . The appearance of the vehicle are not that important to me. I am very poor I have a very limited income of disability benefits due to a stroke however I have worked my whole life up until a few years ago when it happened.
